Some of Emma's Lines Lately.....
"Ev, (she shortens everything) you are a bad baby."
"I want pizza rolls."
"It's okay." (after she's done something naughty.....)
"I have super powers!"
"Will you make me a nest?"
"That's a-scustin'!"
And my favorite: "Are you kiddin' me?!?"

Baby Signing Time
Joy has been working hard to teach the girls Sign Language. She uses cute little videos that they get on their excursions to the library. Naomi taught Emma Sign Language when she nannied for us, but Eva had little experience with it, and Emma wanted to add to her vocabulary. They are doing so well with it!
Please disregard the sisterly "love" displayed in the video!

Tonight, we were putting Eva down for bed, and Emma came along to say prayers. We did today's highs and lows with Emma.

For the Love of Books....
Josh and I have decided to start getting our house ready to put on the market. This preparation began this weekend with the Great Cleaning the Garage Event. Because we have outgrown our home and have no storage to speak of, we put everything into the garage that we don't know what else to do with--even Josh's beloved book collection. When Eva came along, the book collection had to be boxed and shoved into storage in the garage so that we could manage a crib in our master "suite."
As we were cleaning this weekend, I walked into the garage and saw Josh sitting on the ground on his shelving unit, talking to something, and then hugging it. Wannknowwhatitwas?
His books.
Oh well, I guess it's better than some hobbies. Like collecting purses and shoes.....
